Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Recommendations

• Reserve your next appointment(s) prior to leaving the salon.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Day Spa services. Facial and massage clients need to complete a questionnaire before your service begins.
• Tardiness will decrease the length of services.
• All cell phones must be turned off or on vibrate in the Spa Area.
• The nature of our business requires the consideration of all our guests. For the comfort and relaxation of spa clients, children and babies are not permitted in the Spa Area. Please make accommodations for them when making your spa appointment. This assures everyone’s comfort and relaxation. Thank you!

 

Cancellation Policy

Advanced reservations are necessary for all SPA PACKAGES. A MAJOR CREDIT CARD OR VALID GIFT CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE AND SCHEDULE TWO (2) OR MORE SERVICES. Because these packages are reserved for you, you must notify us AT LEAST 24 HOURS in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellations or changes WITHIN 24 HOURS of appointment time. Cancellation fees will automatically be charge to your credit card or deducted from the value of your gift certificate.

Please allow at least a 24-hour notice for all other appointment changes or cancellations. This will help allow other clients to get in for services and for the technician to re-book their valuable time.
