Gift Certificates

You can never go wrong with a Bernice at Betton Gift Certificate! They can be used for services, products or gratuities. However, they are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Please remember that gift certificates are like money and hold the same value. There is a $1.00 packaging charge on all gift certificates. All gift certificates expire one (1) year from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Advanced reservations are necessary for all SPA PACKAGES. A MAJOR CREDIT CARD OR VALID GIFT CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE AND SCHEDULE TWO (2) OR MORE SERVICES. Because these packages are reserved for you, you must notify us AT LEAST 24 HOURS in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellations or changes WITHIN 24 HOURS of appointment time. Cancellation fees will automatically be charge to your credit card or deducted from the value of your gift certificate.
